Spirit Tracks takes place a century after Phantom Hourglass. The New Link is now about to become a Certified Royal Train Engineer. The New Princess Zelda tells Link to meet her in her royal room and not be caught. Link is told that the Spirit Tracks which he rides on are disappearing and Zelda want to investigate. The two realised while on the train the Spirit Tracks in front of them disappear. Zelda is caught by her chancellor, Chancellor Cole. Cole turns out to be the villain. Cole takes Zelda's spirit away and takes her body to bring the Evil Demon King back to life. Now Link and Zelda's spirit team up to restore the spirit tracks and take Zelda's body back.
