The two realised while on the train the Spirit Tracks in front of them disappear. Zelda is caught by her chancellor, Chancellor Cole. Cole turns out to be the villain. Cole takes Zelda's spirit away and takes her body to bring the Evil Demon King back to life. Now Link and Zelda's spirit team up to restore the spirit tracks and take Zelda's body back.
