Kimberly Corman and her friends are going on vacation when they get to route 23 Kimberly has a terrible premonition and stops her van in the middle of the road. Everyone behind her start complaining. Until the huge pileup happpens. The survivors of route 23 all start dying. Who will survive this time? Will Clear Rivers one of the survivors from number 1 save them, or will she with them?
